A Holistic Process in Turnkey Villa Design and Construction
In Burhaniye, Balıkesir, we carried out a turnkey villa design and build project: Aylin Y.B. House. Here we handled architectural design, construction, interior design and decoration together. From the architectural project and construction to the interior design, furniture, lighting, textiles and decoration, CO Mimarlık ran the entire process on a turnkey basis.
We delivered the project with a holistic approach, running all construction and design processes together from the foundations up. We designed every interior detail, including furniture, curtains, lighting and decorative elements, implemented them, completed the placement and final styling, and handed over the home complete. In a turnkey villa design and build process, managing all disciplines under one roof is essential: it keeps the process consistent from start to finish and removes coordination problems from the outset.
Integrating Architecture, Interiors and Decoration
We created a home that integrates architecture, interior architecture and decoration, run under one roof from design to construction. We used a consistent language in the materials and kept the same aesthetic in furniture and accessories, so every corner reflects the same design philosophy. This is reflected by a platform showcasing leading residential projects worldwide too: when the same team handles architecture and interior design, projects gain coherence.
We adopted an architectural language suited to the natural fabric of Burhaniye, taking the region's light and climate into account and prioritising this natural harmony in the outdoor areas and landscaping as well. You can explore similar work on our architecture projects page.
