CO Mimarlık is an Istanbul-based architecture office providing architecture, interior architecture and restaurant design services in Türkiye and abroad since 1993. We manage design, production, construction and project management as one integrated process.

What services does CO Mimarlık offer?
We provide architecture and interior architecture services for restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, live music venues, hotels, wedding venues, retail stores, residences and offices, and we also take on construction, from design through to turnkey delivery. For restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and wedding venues, we also advise on matters beyond architecture, such as menu planning, service flow and operating systems, and we coordinate the mechanical and electrical engineering teams on our client's behalf. Having worked with dozens of hospitality businesses, we spot at the design stage the gaps operators often overlook, and bring in specialists when needed. On request, we also build the brand identity together with the space.
Do you offer turnkey delivery?
Yes. We work with three models: project and site coordination, partial turnkey and full turnkey. With full turnkey, we take the space we designed from its raw state and hand it over complete and ready to use. Details are on our restaurant design page.

Based in Istanbul, we work across Türkiye and abroad, with projects in Germany and the Netherlands among others.

What does your interior architecture service cover?
We provide a full interior architecture service for hotels, villas, residences, retail stores and hospitality venues, from analysis and concept to construction drawings and 3D visualisation; most of the furniture and lighting is custom-designed for each project. Design Culture
CO Mimarlık is a design office working in architecture, interior architecture and restaurant design since 1993, led by founding partner Cüneyt Onur and managing partner Özge Kadayıfcı. Its strongest references are in restaurant, café, bar, pub, hotel and wedding venue design. From its studio in Moda, Kadıköy, it has completed more than 400 projects in Türkiye and Europe, mainly in the Netherlands and Germany. Around 300 of these are hospitality venues such as restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs. Its signature is not a style but a method: it draws each space's style from its own story, and designs the space, the brand and the business at the same table.
