CO Mimarlık has been designing restaurant and café projects for more than 30 years. Of the more than 400 projects we have completed since 1993, around 300 are hospitality venues such as restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs, and 22 of these are abroad, mainly in the Netherlands and Germany. For restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues, we develop solutions tailored to the needs of the business and its brand identity. In every project we address aesthetics, functionality and the user experience together, strengthening the character of the space while supporting the daily operation of the business.

Design, Construction and Systems Consulting

In restaurant projects, we first analyse the space, the business model and the needs of use. We then develop a concept and shape the design decisions accordingly. We plan the entrance, service, kitchen and seating areas together, making staff and guest movement more efficient, and integrate materials, colours, lighting and furniture with the concept.

After the design process, we carry out the project and construction phases with the same consistency. Through systems consulting, we bring technical requirements, workflow and operational needs into the design, and during construction we follow up on details and material choices. This approach creates a strong match between design and construction.

Hospitality Venues

Restaurant design is at the core of our work, and we also develop projects for cafés, bars, pubs, patisseries, kebab houses and fish restaurants. In hospitality spaces of every scale, we consider each brand's own needs, because every business has a different target audience, service style and use of space. That is why we create solutions specific to each project rather than a ready-made design language.

Alongside our work in Türkiye, we design hospitality venues abroad as well, taking into account guest habits, operating conditions and brand expectations in different cities and countries. This way we bring local needs and the brand's character together in balance.
