A standout in restaurant interior design in Ankara, the Mirror project comes to life inside CEPA Mall in Ankara. We designed it with a strong architectural language, aiming to give the space a fluid, characterful identity, and created a contemporary atmosphere with a wave-form timber ceiling, large glazed surfaces and reflective materials.
Material Layout in an Ankara Restaurant Interior
We applied a wave-form timber structure to the ceiling, giving the space a rhythmic, fluid appearance. Large glazed surfaces and reflective materials give it a characterful identity that reflects both light and its surroundings, so visitors feel this fluid form from the moment they enter.
Bar Area and Seating Layouts
We created different seating layouts around the bar and designed a strong lighting system that supports the restaurant's changing atmosphere at different times of day, so the space takes on a different character from lunchtime to evening. In short, the same space offers more than one experience during the day.
A Design Language Based on Light and Reflection
We treated light, reflection and the rhythmic ceiling together, creating Mirror's timeless character. Reflective surfaces were positioned to make the space look larger and more dynamic than it is, and every detail was built around this relationship between light and reflection. At night, these surfaces give the space an almost cinematic depth.
